Leads with Experience Bradley Horn has a passion for serving seniors. He comes to The Arbrook after nine years as the Director of Dining Services at another 12 Oaks Senior Living community, where he not only developed a thriving food and beverage department, but also implemented programs that earned him a reputation as an innovator in Senior Living. Bradley attended the University of North Texas where he majored in Business Administration as well as Vocal Performance. He’s an accomplished singer, performing at professional venues across the D/FW Metroplex as well as giving special consideration to entertain residents and friends whenever he can. Bradley has a positive outlook on life which is evident in his daily commitment to seniors and their families. With his resident-first philosophy, Bradley strives to be a motivator and senior advocate. “I consider it a blessing to be influenced daily by the memories and life lessons of seniors,” says Bradley.

Spreads the Word about The Arbrook Lori Griffo, Director of Marketing & Leasing, has a heart for seniors. Her professional experience and education encompass many areas of senior care. She brings almost ten years experience in Senior Living with marketing, leasing, and exceptional resident relations to The Arbrook. Lori was born in Fort Worth and raised in San Antonio, TX. She is married and has two wonderful sons and three beautiful "bonus" daughters. They also have a cat named Valentino. In her spare time, Lori enjoys family time, singing, dancing and going to the zoo! “I feel very blessed to be a part of the Arbrook family because of the caring and “resident-first” commitment that proves to be the fabric of what makes The Arbrook an exceptional choice for senior living.” says Lori.

Delights Discriminating Tastes Bringing 18 years of food service experience to our tables at The Arbrook, Tonocco Washington has always shared a special affinity for serving seniors. As Director of Dining Services, her "whatever it takes" attitude and leadership is evident in her daily attention to our residents. Away from work, she loves spending time with her three children going to movies, roller skating, and shopping. When asked what she considers the most rewarding aspect of her job, Tonocco responds: "I really love seniors and taking care of their needs; after all, ultimately that is where my heart is."

Amy is a Texas girl, born and raised. She graduated from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications. She has always worked for non-profit associations geared towards service, but says that she has never felt more at home than she does at The Arbrook Retirement Living Community. “Working with people and their families to find the right place to call home and getting to know the many wonderful residents and staff at The Arbrook is a daily blessing. After all, working is easy when you spend your days with people you care about and consider family.” says Amy. Amy enjoys spending time with her cat, her dog, and most of all her Thoroughbred horse, Daisey. She is always up for watching horse racing, reading about horse racing, or watching it on television. She serves as Publicity Chair for her church’s school board of directors. Amy's sister, brother-in-law, and niece live in the area, and she enjoys spending time with them as often as possible.

Makes Move-Ins Easier Jaime Jaco loves working with seniors and their families. She understands that moving to a new home can be stressful. That is why she works tirelessly to help The Arbrook’s new residents with every detail of their move. “It all pays off when I see a new resident all moved in, making new friends, and enjoying the retirement lifestyle.” Jaime graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. She enjoys volunteering in her community and is active in political campaigns and organizations. Jaime is engaged to be married. She spends most of her free time planning the wedding that will take place in May of 2011. Jaime also has two cats, Kazuko and Mordecai.

April is also a lifelong Texan, with a zest for her faith, her family and friends. Proud of her kids, April says she has three "beautiful and smart daughters" and an "amazing step-daughter" that she loves as her own. She and her husband, whom she's known for 15 years, are life-long Arlington residents. April is a graduate of Arlington High School and had been an office manager for five years before entering into the multi-housing industry. At The Arbrook, she loves coming to work each day and being able to interact with our residents. April has quickly become known as a problem solver and loves making herself available to residents whenever possible. "They can always make me smile and I love to hear their stories," she says. Spend a few minutes with April and you'll quickly discover that seniors have always held a special place in her heart. Away from her work at The Arbrook, April loves spending time with her own family. With her daughters active in sports, school and many extracurricular activities, April is very accustomed to a full schedule of life. "I wouldn't have it any other way," smiles April.

Coordinating Comfort and Satisfaction As Director of Facilities, Raniel has spent the last nine years working, coordinating and carrying out the maintenance and scheduling the housekeeping to make sure the building is maintained in a clean in safe manner. He does whatever it takes to get the job done. Raniel spent twenty years working in the airline industry and has been married for over 38 years. He met his wife while in the Army at Ft. Lewis and they lived in seven different cities while he worked in the airline industry. His wife and he were blessed with two sons and they have blessed him with two wonderful grand-children. When not at work he loves spending time playing golf, refereeing soccer and going to see movies. He has mastered many skills in remodeling and woodworking as one of his favorite pastimes. Being around seniors is a rewarding experience. The satisfaction it brings
reflects on the true reason we are here, it is their home. Helping others and
seeing the satisfaction it brings makes it worth it all. The experiences and
memories is what it is all about in understanding that the Arbrook residents
are really part of our family.
