What's included in my monthly lease?
What is the length of commitment?
Month to month agreement with a locked in rate for a period of 12 months; all rental increases are done after a 30 day notice is provided.
Can I expect increases in the monthly fee?
To accommodate increases in operating costs and so that we can maintain the highest standards in quality of services and amenities provided, increases in the monthly fee are implemented periodically.
Are pets allowed?
Our community allows cats, small dogs, birds or fish, at the discretion of management. Contact the community to learn more or for specific questions.
Who pays the utility bills?
All utilities including expanded basic cable television, with the exception of phone and Internet are included in the monthly rent.
Can I paint my apartment?
Yes, your apartment can be painted by an approved contractor or when available our in-house maintenance staff.
Can I decorate my apartment?
Absolutely, we actually encourage every resident to personalize their apartment as it is their home!
What are the visitor policies?
We request that all visitors sign in at the front desk and abide by all community rules when visiting.
Where do I park my car?
Residents can park in any available parking space on the grounds.
How does scheduled transportation work?
Residents can call or stop by the front desk anytime to schedule transportation. We do request that transportation be scheduled 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Are there different meal plans available?
No, meals are included in the monthly lease.
How are rent payments made?
Checks can be dropped in the mail slot adjacent to the front desk or mailed to the community.
Do you have a guest apartment for my family to stay in when they visit me from out of town?
Yes, we have furnished guest accommodations. You will be proud to have your friends and family visit you.
